The room was spacious with excellent water pressure in the shower. I found the pools lovely.. they offered a refreshing escape from the heat. The location is strategic. It allowed easy access to local shops and restaurants.

The fitness suite was quite small and weights only went up to 15 kg. One of the treadmills was broken, which limited the workout options.

i enjoyed my stay. the beautiful room included a bath and views facing the pool. i could walk from our room directly into the pool and the bar was conveniently opposite. the managers were helpful in arranging my airport transfer, and they surprised me with a birthday cake in my room.

the beach is not directly accessible. it's a 5 to 10 minute walk because a wall blocks direct access.

The room was very clean with a minibar included. the room was also large. breakfast offers a huge variety of options. It was excellent. three different pools are available, which caters well to the number of guests.

the staff were helpful and friendly. the managers assisted in arranging an airport transfer. they also organized a cake for my birthday, it was a nice surprise. the domestic staff was wonderful and seemed happy to help.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Amenities

The pools were a highlight for me. I enjoyed the lazy river and the separate pools allowed for relaxation. The breakfast offered many choices. The omelette station was a nice touch, especially with the fresh ingredients on offer.

I encountered a minor inconvenience during check-in. I had to wait a little longer than expected because of a small queue at the front desk.

the breakfast was good, and there were a lot of choices available each morning.

Upon arrival, the receptionist was not cute. she abruptly demanded my passport. I found that quite rude. the pool area lacked proper maintenance. There were several cracked tiles around the edges i noticed.
